The same user is being locked out of their account every single day

We have a user on active directory.  Every morning that she has come in her account has been locked.  Accounts are locked after 3 failed password attempts.  It just started about a week ago.

This morning she had someone watch her to make sure she wasn't mis-typing it.  Her password is set to never expire.

Is there anything else that would result in her account being locked every day?  Start Free Trial
