Can't resolve or ping from the server itself for domains setup on the server

Hi

I have a domain (name.com) that it setup on my windows server 2003 server.

I can access (resolve and ping and view in Firefox) this domain name from my computer in my office, however, I can't do any of these when using the actual server itself.

When I do a ping I get:
"Ping request could not find host name.com. Please check the name and try again."

When I try and view in Firefox I get:
"Server not found"

Why is this happening? How can I fix this?
