I use the Windows installation CD to install abotu 10 Windows servers. The installation CD doesn't has the driver for the SAN boot, so I have to use an external floppy then press F6 everytime for each server.
Is there a way to load the driver from the floppy to the installation CD?

You could use nLite Software. You can add drivers, hotfixes and components to the install without having to use a floppy to provide drivers.
nLite Deployment Tool for Unattended Windows - Remove components, integrate hotfixes, drivers and themes. Tweaks, patches...
