Disable Automatic Caching of Shared Folder through GPO or Registry

We have a of share folders. I am aware that automatic caching is enabled by default and that you can disable going to the share's Properties - Sharing Tab - Caching Button - and click the radio button for "Files or programs from the share will not be available offline."

I would like to know how to lock down this and disable it by either GPO and the registry. I have attached a document with an image.
