upgrading from windows2000 server to windows 2003 server

We want to upgrade the windows 2000 server running as print server to windows 2003 server..I will remove the existing two raid1 disks installed as operating system and raid5 disks remain the same  then I will add new two disk and I will configure as raid1 then I will install windows 2003 server..I will migrate  all the printers that are on windows 2000 server to windows 2003 server by the tool printmigrator 3.1 but I dont know how to migrate shares(shares--under shares folder--in computer management) could you please recommend to me how to be migrated the shares or share permissions on server 2000  to windows 2003? may be tools or other way Start Free Trial
