Question

The current time in this computer and the current time on the network are different.

Because of failed AC issues over the weekend, we had to shut down all of our DEV servers in our development environment, except for the one DC.  All servers have been powered back on, but I'm unable to log into any of the servers using a Domain Account. I get the following error: The current time in this computer and the current time on the network are different.  All our servers are Windows 2003 and the DC is Windows 2000.  

I'm able to log into the servers using the local admin account and when I compare the Time / Date from any server to the DC, they are the same.   So if time and date are matching I don't understand why I'm getting this error.

After further inspection of the event logs I noticed this Security Kerberos error:
The kerberos client received a KRB_AP_ERR_TKT_NYV error from the server host/D.AD02.dev.com. This indicates that the ticket used against that server is not yet valid (in relationship to that server time).  Contact your system administrator to make sure the client and server times are in sync, and that the KDC in realm DEV.COM is in sync with the KDC in the client realm.

When I checked D-AD02, the server was hours off. Corrected the time manually and all is now good.

Just for clarity, D-AD02.dev.com is our 2nd Domain Controller. Why it's named AD, I have no idea. Should be D-DC02.
