Browse All TopicsI am having a problem with my server. I have two network adapters one for internet access which is assigned a public IP and the other for internal network traffic. To share the internet connection I am using Routing and Remote Access. This all works fine. However I found that my POP3 port 110 is binding to the internal address instead of the external address. I am using SmarterMail for my mail server. I have tried disabling the internal card and rebooting but it doesn't seem to change the bindings for the port. Does anyone have any ideas on what the problem is?

Im not familiar with smartermail, but most mail servers have a domain specific IP address binding, which means that you are looking for something like edit domain [domain name], IP address in smartermail somewhere.
