My problem is that all of the old printers which point to the old location are still showing up in the list of available printers for each user and I am not quite sure how to get rid of them. When I look at one of the terminal servers, I see that they are all listed at the following location;
HKLM/software/Microsoft/wi
I use Kixcripts so all users log in and are mapped the new printers. I have another script that I created to delete all of the old printer mappings from the old server. I've run that kixscript on both terminal servers
I have only two terminal servers but is there a way to remove them so that my 20 plus TS users don't see the old printer printer mappings?
Do I delete them from registry? Why do they still show up even though they don't exist anymore?

I have run into this issue in Citrix before and resolved it by copying the Default User profile (C:\Documents and Settings\Default User) from a working server to the affected server. Worth a shot if you have already deleted the printers from that server and they still show up.
