Question
Exchange server 2003 recieve problem
I ahve aproblemw ith my exchange server 2003. I have a backup mx with reflector through no-ip.com who is also my domain register. Lately I can send mail out okay but at least once a day i stop receiving mail but when I restart the server bang eveything works again. What is going on. It almost seems liek my backup mx with no-ip is tryign to take over.
