How to fix install error for Adobe Reader?
When I run the install for Adobe Reader 8.x or 9.x (Windows Server 2003), I get the following error message:
Error 1606 Could not access network location 0\
How do I resolve this error?

These are the fixes for that error that I am familiar with...The first one usually does it.
Click on Start-Run, type regedit (without the quotes) Navigate to this registry path:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER --> Software --> Microsoft --> Windows --> Current Version --> Explorer --> User Shell Folders
Clear the key: Recent (right mouse click on the key/folder, choose Delete ) Close the Registry Editor and restart the computer.

copy the installer file, acroread.msi locally to the system and then install it, if you get the same error use the setup.exe.
