sounds more like a driver issue causing the bsod.
was anything recently changed on this server, like driver update, windows update, anything at all?
you might want to try instaling and running this small piece of software called "whocrashed" - should help you in identifying why the server crashed by reading the memory dump file.

In my experience 9 times out of 10 this is due to a driver error, I know its not a good job but make sure you have up-to date drivers.
I had this on a win2003 and it turned out it was the on board lan card.
