Asked by starusa in Windows 2003 Server, Microsoft IIS Web Server, Network Routers
Hi,
we have a Windows 2003 server hosting our system with IIS. The server has 2 nics, both with Internet connections.Let's say nic A is connected to the Internet using the IP 40.0.0.2 and the nic B is connected to the Internet using IP 85.0.0.2. I want to be able to type in my browser any of those IPs and access my web server. However, just IP A is working. B doesn't work. But, when I disable IP A, IP B works perfectly. That makes me believe it's a route problem. It's like the nic B is receiving the request but the response is sent back using the other nic, nic A. How to solve that problem and have both IPs working to access my web server at the same time?
Thanks!
