DHCP Not connected

On a W2003 server i have been utilizing DHCP Server for my domain. DHCP is on the domain. I recently had my network go down and had to enable the DHCP server on the router to get it back up.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the service and authorized my server to be the DHCP server.

i cannot ge the server to connect. When I boot my server and check logs there are DHCP error messages.

The IP of the server is set up on DNS.

I am a DHCP administrator.

I have tried releasing and restoring ip on the clients but ips will only be obtained if the rounter is enabled.

The DHCP service has detected that it is running on a DC and has  no credentials configured for use with Dynamic DNS registrations  initiated by the DHCP service.   This is not a recommended security configuration.   Credentials for Dynamic DNS registrations may be configured using the command line "netsh dhcp server set dnscredentials" or via the  DHCP Administrative tool.
