Which MS updates that force reboot?

I have a Windows 2003 Server that I can only reboot when no one is using a specific app that runs on it--there is no way to schedule a reboot at a set time.  I download MS updates automatically, then install them at a low-traffic time in case some of the updates require a reboot.  Is there any way to know for sure whether or not an update will force a reboot before I start installing it?  I looked at the detailed descriptions from MS for several updates, but it didn't say whether or not it would force a reboot.

updates descriptions tell you that "this update might require a system boot" - that is in 99% of the updates an indication for a required boot.
but you can still run the updates and once you have a window, boot the server. it doesn't have to happen at the same moment the updates are done.

If the files being replaced are open in memory a reboot will be required for the update to work properly.  The files need to be closed, replaced, and reloaded into memory - and a reboot is probably the best method to do this.
