If you do not know, DELL has their own website whereby to download driver all you need to do is enter the "service tag" for your laptop.
The website is - http://support.dell.com/su
DELL SERVICE TAG is like a unique serial no. that is different for all DELL products.
Go to the DELL WEBSITE as I suggested and enter your SERVICE TAG no. which should be on the base of the notebook.
Also note that 99% of the times XP drivers are same with Server 2003 drivers. If it is the wrong driver it will just NOT INSTALL so there is nothing to worry about even if you choose a wrong driver, as it just wont install
