File directories, yes.
I know there are traces of registry settings left behind, but I do not know where.

Browse All TopicsAttempting to install Sage Abra Suite on a terminal server for a client. I've installed it while logged in as a local admin and ran the cmd line "change user /install" before the installation. Everything runs through fine on the initial install, but then I have to patch it to a newer version as well. So, I restart the server, login as a local admin and put it into install mode again to patch it from 7.70 to 7.74. Upon the patch install, it errors out almost immediately stating that there is a "Data" error that is "Catastrophic."
So then I log in as a domain admin and attempt patching in install mode. It will patch correctly as a domain admin.
Finally, when I go to login to test it (while in execute mode), it will bring up a prompt stating "After installation, please click Next." Nothing else appears, so I click "Next." Another screen appears stating,"When the installation has ended (successfully or not), please click the Finish button or the Cancel button. DO NOT CLICK THE BUTTONS BEFORE INSTALLATION HAS ENDED!", which I click "Finish" to. After that the errors begin, which I've included in the "Code" section below. After clicking through the errors, the software closes.
Now, when I run the software in "install" mode, it loads up and runs as intended.
The best I can guess is that even after the patch is installed, there is something left to install when the software starts up, but I cannot get past that without keeping it in "install" mode, which isn't something I want to keep active on a terminal server.
I've tried reinstall multiple times and multiple ways (domain admin, local admin, different file paths, etc.)
Some computer specs:
Microsoft Windows Server 2003 R2 w/ SP2 (64 bit)
8GB of ram
An abundance of free hard drive space
Please let me know if you need more specifics or any other information. As a side note, no errors are generated in the Event Viewer.
Thanks,

When you uninstaled did you clean up any remaining file fiel directories and registry settings?
