Domain Prep in Server 2003 in Native Mode

I'm trying to execute adprep /domainprep on my Server 2003 machine with the Server 2008 disc. It says I need to do this in Native Mode. How do I run the prep command in Native Mode? Please let me know if more information is needed.

P.S. I did look around for the answer and came across a link with lots of information. I'm afraid it's not specific enough for me, though.

Hi Autophobic,

Go to Active Directory Users and Computers, right click your domain, select "Raise domain functional level..." and check if you are still in mixed mode?

Do this on the PDC FSMO with domain administrator credentials.
Click Start, point to Administrative Tools, and then click Active Directory Users and Computers.
In the console tree, right-click the domain node and then click Raise Domain Functional Level.
This should bring your domain to native mode so you can proceed with 2008

You can raise your domain's functional level to Native Mode using "Active Directory Domain and Trust" but if you do that no more Windows NT Server connected in that domain are going to work properly
