Are you using citrix roaming profiles? If so are they working on this server? Check by making a text file on one server and saving it to the desktop, then log into another server and see if the file is there.
Is this server in the same group and using the same group policy as your others?
This seems very much like a permission issue, just wondering why it's working for other servers but not this one. Do you have any policies/permissions relating to this server that don't apply to the others? Perhaps try an RSOP on this server compared to a working one and see if anything is different. It would seem the error is with the share, that the user cannot access it or doesn't have full access to it.
