The config does not look like you are using MSDTC for anything. And even if it is used, there is a very very small probability for MSDTC to be the reboot culprit. Additionally, MSDTC is never used on its own, a database application or service (MSSQL, ODBC, ...) has to use it to do something.

I assume you do not see any BSOD messages in EventLog. Do you see "unexpected shtudown" messages there at least?

yes there is a unexpected shutdown message in the event viewer with event id 6008. corresponding entry for the same time , every time in the application log is related to msdtc. yes an application which is used by our communication department is installed on the server

Then I reckon the application is causing the issue, not MSDTC.

You should check what SQL Server was doing before the problem appears.
My guess is that it's trying to execute some huge data operation.

Good luck.

That is not appropriate. You cannot simply delete a question with a reason of "no answers" while experts have given sound advice, and you did not care to answer to them.

Yes my fault. i actually posted a complet error message and was expecting a one shot answer as i thought this may be a known issue. I was also in a bit of a hurry to solve the issue as this issue was really annoying. when i got a reply that was in the right direction definitely but it would have taken a long time to analyze and arrive at a solution o i closed. sorry for being rude and the stress at work sometimes shows on you. extremely sorry.
