I would double-check the C:\Windows\Temp folder for any temporary files that were created during the installation process that can be removed.
I would also suggest performing a file search on your C: drive and sorting the results by File Size. Look for any large files that might have been downloaded such as an application installer - you might want to filter for anything over 50MB.

Check the %temp% folder and empty them and also the temporary internet files
If still you are facing with issue with space then you can move the $Uninstall folders present under C:\windows to a different drive on the server. But do not move $NtServicePackUninstall folder or anything having ServicePack in the file name
