Remember what a cluster is.... one or more nodes but they all share the same disk storage. It is not a node that has failed but the data area that was shared between the nodes. Therefore if the cluster disk/data area has been corrupted then all nodes will be seeing the same corrupted area. As pointed out by KCTS - no backup - no restore - no option but to rebuild it.

The failure has resulted in the loss of the cluster - there is no cluster to re-join. As there is no backup the data and cluster info has been lost - no option but to start over.
