Windows 2003 Domain Controller

I have installed new domain controller and made this domain controller the PDC, RID and Infrastructure by transferring the roles from an old DC. Everything went fine but now my old Domain controllers can't access the new domain controller.
When i right click on my domain in active driectory users and computers, then click on  Operation Master i can see ""ERROR'' in the operation master field. I have restarted the servers many times but no Luck at all.

Therefore the logon scripts also not running for some users and now i am having a big problem here.
