I have a few users that are having probles while in a remote desktop session on a windows 2003 TS, for some reason after being idle for some time when they log back into the session and start entering data into OneWorld and the click the delete key or the decimal key it is sending a command that brings up the windows security pop up box that shows the buttons
Lock computer, log off, shut down, change password, task manager and cancel .
they are not able to do anythjing but start the tsak manager or logoff but unless I log them off under TS manager they will not be able to work in their app.
