Limit logon is one of the main methods to prevent concurrent logons...no way to do it via group policy (it would be nice).
This question also was discussed on another board a few months ago and one of the MVPs there said
"...Some companies are doing this by restricting the share of the home-folder to one session and check in the logon-script whether the home-drive is available if not logout ..."
He suggested that because limitlogon isn't the greatest program ever.

limit-login was going to be my suggestion until I got to your last sentence.
There is no way of doing it with Group Policy.
I think a more important question is why do you have users sharing accounts?
