I have a situation where a PC from network A is installed and configured and resolves the workstation name to its local ip on network A. When moved to network B, it gets a new IP address, but it does not update the record to resolve to its new ip address. I have tried pinging it locally on network B and on network A, it always resolves to the original IP address.
Is this normal and how would i go about troubleshooting it
Thanks
