How to create a script to change user names to lower case in Active Directory

I need to change the user names in Active Directory to lower case.  I dont need to change the description etc... Just the part where you look at the account in AD and it shows the account name.  We have an enterprise system that is case sensitive and I need all of my names to be lower case.  Any help will be appreciated.
