HP provide a RAID configuration utility that should be able to allow you to see the physical disks and their contribution to the disks presented to Windows.

http://h18000.www1.hp.com/products/servers/proliantstorage/software-management/acumatrix/index.html

If this HP server was pre-built it may already be installed.

Failing that, reboot the server and during the BIOS setup you'll see the RAID card booting. Enter the configuration for it and you can see from here.

look at device manager properties for the disk drives.  If it shows make/model seagate, hitachi, whatever ... then you know it is not (hardware) raided.  Conversely, if you see make/model LSI, PERC, something like thst then you know the RAID controller defines the disk.

Go to Start -> "Program files" -> "HP System Tools" -> "HP Array configuration utility" -> "HP Array configuration utility"
Just select the available device (raid controller), then you can choose logical and physical view.
If the program is not installed follow the link provided by bluntTony

It should show the disks not the drives.

In device mnager it only shows two "HP Volume Logical SCSI drivers"

and in raid array config utility it shows

Array A Logical Drive 1 (0+1)

Array B Logical Drive 2 (Raid 5)

Any way to check how many drives in the Raids?

it is raid!

if there are 5 disks, then the only combination is that the raid5 uses 3 disks (as that is the minimum), and since you have RAID1 on the other LUN, then that one uses 2 disks.

I think you can click on 'Show Physical View' and this will show the physical disks.
