HP provide a RAID configuration utility that should be able to allow you to see the physical disks and their contribution to the disks presented to Windows.

If this HP server was pre-built it may already be installed.
Failing that, reboot the server and during the BIOS setup you'll see the RAID card booting. Enter the configuration for it and you can see from here.
