I am guessing ScreenSaverActive to 0 would disable it completely?

ScreenSaverIsSecure to 0 would disable the password requirement?

How do I make changes to a user so that their screen does not time out requiring them to re-enter thier password?

In each of the user profiles you want to change modify the following registry key:
to either 1200 or 1800.
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop
Change this value "ScreenSaveTimeOut"="600",
You could also automate it in a vbscript or batch file using the reg.exe utility.
