Change hostname of Windows 2003 Domain Controller

Can you please explain the process to properly rename a Windows Server 2003 Standard Domain Controller hostname?  This DC hosts all FSMO roles.....

Daniel has a great writeup here...very easy for a windows 2003 DC...this was a pain in WIndows 2000.  This just changes the hostname

Dont take any risk on one DC having all the Roles, means first create atleast one additional DC then use microsoft recommended procedure for renaming a DC explained clearly in attached doument
