Which Mac OS version is installed?
The issue occurs on every Mac?
The Windows Server is running Windows Server 2003 with all updates applied?
Check in Active Directory Users and Computer if a computer account for each Mac has been created.
On the Macs in the 'Directory Services' app, Active Directory is at the top position for authentication?
