So this is not something I can do even though I have access to the DNS records for the domain?
TIA
Main Topics
Browse All TopicsWhen I run a DNS report I get the following error:
Reverse MX A records (PTR) ERROR: No reverse DNS (PTR) entries. The problem MX records are: 73.24.232.66.in-addr.arpa -> no reverse (PTR) detected
I tried entering this as a PTR record, but I can only enter the IP address portion and that does not seem to satisfy the DNS report.
Any ideas?
Since I am new to the DSN termnology, please be as specific as possible.

You must contact your ISP and make them point the PTR to your MX record
