Redirection to my documents not working have to log off / on

Hello

Most users on my network have access to My documents and it redirects correctly.  However there are always some who cannot access their work in My documents once they log in.  If those users log off and then log in then it generally works.

It is a pain to have to log in and off, please can you advise on what may be the problem?
