Upgrade of Windows 2003 R2 Standard DC to Windows 2008 R2 Standard DC

Currently have 2 Windows 2003 R2 Std. Domain controllers and we are wanting to upgrade both to Windows 2008 R2 Standard.
DC1 is AD, DNS, DHCP and WINS
DC2 is AD, DNS and WINS

My question is what are the steps? I see we have to prep the existing domain before the upgrade

1) Does this need done on both current DC or just one and it will replicate?
2) Should we do the primary DC (DC1) first then the DC2 box?
3) Any special steps outside of the prep on the domain?
4) Does DHCP, DNS and WINS have any specials needs?

Need more information.  Do you have Windows 2008 R2 installed on another server and your going to run the dcpromo on it.  Or are you going to try and upgrade a existing server?

1. you have to prepare the domain only on one, as it is replicating over all domain controllers.
2. it is not so important, but I would start with DC2 because of dhcp.
3. I would firstly remove dc2 from domain (dcpromo), upgrade os, prep domain, join domain as DC2, check if replication is working properly, migrate dhcp to dc2, remove dc1 from domain, upgrade, rejoin, put dhcp on dc1 if necesarry. Maybe there are simplier steps...
4. I don't thing there are any.
