Acronis Disk Director Server is pretty nice and works on servers as well as Windows 7.<br />

I'd opt to use GPartEd, an open source tool, download an ISO image here <a href="http://gparted.sourceforge.net/download.php" rel="ugc">http://gparted.sourceforge.net/download.php</a>,<br />
&nbsp;burn it on CD, boot from it and resize.
