Blue Screen - 0x00000019 BAD_POOL_HEADER

I have a server that boots up fine, lasts for about three minutes, then stops responding and goes to a Blue Screen.  Error code is 0x00000019.  It does a memory dump, reboots and does the whole thing over again.  If I boot up in Safe Mode or Safe Mode with Networking, the Blue Screen does not occur and the system stays online without issue.  I've tried booting up with different RAM sticks but the issue still occurs.  Any ideas?  I know there is a hotfix for this issue, but since we have SP2 running, the hotfix is already installed.

I'm attaching a pic of the Blue Screen.  Sorry its a bit blurry.

I ended up opening a support ticket with m$ before your post.  To resolve the issue I ran the following command:

fsutil behavior disable set 8dot3 1

This changed a setting in my registry which resolved my issue.  The cause is inline with the link you provided above so although I cannot say with 100% certainty, I suspect that tool does the same thing.
the correct command is:
fsutil behavior set Disable8dot3 1
