ASKER

Hi Lee,

It has PERC4 DI raid card with battery and memory 256MB 1Rx8 PC3200R-333-11-F0
I tried reseating the RAID card, memory and battery but same error code appears on bootup
The server is out of warranty and support.
I tried to check the BIOS which shows RAID enabled but in device integration Hard disk is not appearing.
its in RAID 5. am very much worried of DATA as there is no backup for this as well.
"Please check the SDRAM connection" states that RAID controller's memmory is probably broken. You have to ask service for help or try to organize spare memmory to test it.

Dear Experts,

Thanks for the timely help.
I have talked to Dell Support and took the server to local dell support.
Riser card assembly was faulty.
All data is safe and server is up and running back again.
Thanks once again to all.

Sanjeev Kumar
