Windows Server 2003 Ent 64 Bit Paging File

I have a 64 Bit Server with running SQL 2005.
The system seems to run into a paging file issue.
What's the recommend size for this Paging file.

Unfortunately there is no clear answer since it depends on how you are using your server.  Windows automatically creates a page file 1.5 times the size of physical memory when it is installed.  It looks like your server was installed with less memory or someone shrunk your page file.  I suggest jumping to the "How to calculate page file size" section of this article:

The recommended amount for a page file is 1.5 times your current memory installed

This is in regards to the same server.
It is a SQL server. Should the Memory Usage be set to Programs or System Cache?

Right now it is set to System Cache.
It should be set to "System Cache" if it's a server - so your current setting is correct.
