2003 Terminal Session Pictures for icons and file associations not showing up
Hope you can help,
I have an account that is using a 2003 server offering TS to approx 10 users. Another company was asked to free up some space on the server and after that all users are missing pictures for some icons but not all.
For instance I see the white (general) box on top pf Adobe Reader and Outlook things are registered correctly because when I double click on the icon it will launch adobe or outlook.
This is also seen in the file associations like .PDF has the picture that will normally bring up the "open with " window. but when double clicked it will open adobe and display the PDF.
Any help is appreciated

When right clicking the icon, then properties, on shortcut tab...
There you will see the "Change Icon" button.
When clicking on that, it shows any unreachable file address?
Maybe the cleaning has deleted .ico files. Hard to know if you don't know what "kind" of cleaning has been done.

Have you logging onto the admin account - go to c: documents and settings - choose a user that is affected - then going to local settings - application data - then deleting the iconcach.db for that user. Then have the user re-log on?
