Server Policy - Reg Entry - Keepalivetime

I used the Microsoft Secirity Comliance Manager and made changes o a server policy.
Server Policy 2003, DC 2003, Windows native Domain 2003.
How ever, now I have changed following entry:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters]
"keepalivetime"=dword:000493e0
This ist a dezimal value 300000.
I like to change it to dezimal value 30000. Within the same GPO this is impossible now.
How can I do it as quick as possible?

Thanks
BR, Nebbond72

000493e0 is hexadecimal for 300000. Sounds like you have it correct. The value gets stored as hexadecimal.

Thanks for your information, it is...
But how can I change this value for all Servers? These settings cannot be changed  just by editing the appropriate policy. Thanks for your help.
