mrxsmb event id 8003 master browser issue

hi i have the following setup:

- master dc/dns/dhcp
- file & printer (member server)
- isa 2006 (firewall) internal/external connections

my master dc eventviewer states:

mrxsmb
event id 8003
the master browser has received a server announcement from the computer isa2006 that believes that it is the master browswer for the domain on transport netbt_tcpip_{e5ce61e6-a60e-4dd4-8. the master browser is stopping or an election is being forced

qns1. ive found the below link on what to do, but which one should be set as the master browser: ?

note: i have looked in both master dc and isa2006 and both are currently set as 'false'

run this sounds like you have two master browsers

You can get this program off 2003 resource kit

browstat STATUS
or
net config rdr | find "Workstation"

gives you all available <transport>s, then

browstat gm <transport <domain>

hi rjanowsky, yes you were right and what i did was access the isa 2006 server and select wins tab & selected: disable netbios ove tcp/ip, which appeared to resolve the problem. this was something i had experienced some time ago but could not remember. appreciated,.
