Issues with Master Browser Server
Dear All,
I have faced system failure from few days which caused all servers to be un reachable and I had to restart all of them (VMs).Domain contollers were up and reachable with no problems.
After that I started to recieve Events 8021 and 8032 on the servers on the events i can see that the Master Browser Server mentioned is one of the test machines available on NW.
I am working with Windows server 2003 AD, All server are either Windows Server 2003 or Windows Server 2008
I dont know what I should do to let everything go back to normal...and why this clinet was selected ?
Kindy advice

Master browser role is a roaming workgroup feature, not a domain feature. The role will auto move after a voting system is used to determine who is availble to take over the role. Ideally, no client machines should be used as a master browser and this can be controlled using registry entries (see above).

Thank you all...I am stopping the computer browser servcie and everything is working fine
Then you used my suggestion http:#a40638123, and that one should be accepted.
Take note of what <clientname> is and go to that machine
Start > run > regedit {enter}
Navigate to
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\
Modify the MaintainServerList and/or the IsDomainMaster key to a value explained here:
MaintainServerList No This PC will not participate as a browser.
Make sure the following DOES NOT exist
IsDomainMaster True Designate this PC as the preferred master browser.
