This is our DC and file server, sometimes we are not able connect to this server, in the server login screen, I always saw this error message -
"Windows-Delayed Write Failed - Windows was unable to save all the sata for the file\$Directory. The data has been lost. This error may be caused by a failured of your computer hardware or network connection. Please try to save the file elsewhere."

When I login into windows, open the command screen (cmd), do a ping test , it show me this error message -
ping.exe Application Error. The Application failed to initialize property (0xc0000142). Click on ok to terminate the Application

When I open the Paint application, it show me this error message -
"MSPaint.exe C:\Windows\System32\mspaint.exe insufficient system resources exit to complete the requested service."

Server is working fine after reboot. Above errors happend every 2-3 weeks, when it happen I just need to do a reboot then it back to normal, working fine.

Anyone can tell me what happend to our server? If a hardware issue or OS corrupted? I did not installed any 3rd party application, it just a DC and file server and also Antirus Server.

I have contacted our hardware vendor, he say replace a new motherboad for me, do you think it will resolve above issues?
