How can I get 2 networks to be able to use the same server?

I am running an Oracle program called Opera and the server has 2 nics on it.  One with my internal network and one with their network info.  My internal computers access the application server to use this program(on a 10.x.x.x network with a subnet mask of 255.255.0.0).  The parent company also needs to be able to send info to that server and get response info back from us through their network.  They also need to be able to gain access to the server from their network(on a 10.x.x.x network with a subnet mask of 255.255.255.128).  I basically need to have everyone able to get to this server and have tried Routing and Remote Access and can't seem to get things working properly for both sites.  One works then the other won't.  Any insight would be great.Start Free Trial
