thanks for the reply.. the article does not help me.. i guess there's no way we can remove a custom db from biztalk backup while keeping the transaction log backup running...

Modify Biztalk backup job
To remove a custom database from backup, the db record in adm_OtherBackupDatabases table must be removed. How can I remove full backup only, while maintaining log backup?
