If your host is a VMware server, and you used one of the SCSI controllers to configure your drive, you can just shutdown EBS, then use the VMware server Webconsole and increase the size of your drive, and when you boot back into EBS, you can use diskmanagement to extend C:. With other Virtualization products I'm not sure how this would be done, and I'm also not completely sure what you mean with you installed EBS to the wrong partition. Maybe you need to give some more detail on your actual setup?
