Renew an SSL Cert for Web Server behind EBS/TMG

I have a web server on Win2008R2 which is a member server to the main domain which is running IIS 7.5 with a single site configured on it. It has a Trusted SSL certificate applied but which has expired. I have purchased a renewal credit from GoDaddy which is where the original cert was from. I need to know how to create the CSR, which must be 2048 bit and install the cert back to the appropriate place. I believe the cert needs to be on the TMG in some way and maybe also on the server that is hosting the IIS in question.
