Renew an SSL Cert for Web Server behind EBS/TMG

I have a web server on Win2008R2 which is a member server to the main domain which is running IIS 7.5 with a single site configured on it. It has a Trusted SSL certificate applied but which has expired. I have purchased a renewal credit from GoDaddy which is where the original cert was from. I need to know how to create the CSR, which must be 2048 bit and install the cert back to the appropriate place. I believe the cert needs to be on the TMG in some way and maybe also on the server that is hosting the IIS in question.

I feel I should add that this is *NOT* for OWA or Exchange in any way. This *IS* a completely separate web service.

paulmacd, Thank you for your quick response but I need more specific info about installation behind Essential Business Server and the Threat Management Gateway. I know how to request and install certs normally. The TMG requires some method of installation that allows a browser to validate the cert and then forwards the HTTPS requests through to the IIS hosting the application. The person who set this up is no longer around and I only have bits of knowledge from conversations from a year ago.

I am in a similar situation. I have an EBS setup and currently have only the default SSL certificate it creates wich only has remote.mydomain.com.
I purchased an UCC ssl from godaddy to have more than one subdomain such as autodiscover.mydomain.com etc. But i cannot find a way to install it on this EBS setup.
Do you have any idea on where can I start?

I am trying to install a Godaddy certificate for RWW and Outlook over HTTP on essential business server. Do I install the cert on the Messaging server first then export to the Security server RWW listener?
