I have EBS2008 installed virtually with Forefront TMG and Exchange 2007 running, however, I'm having an issue with a domain and one single user.
User mentioned that she's not receiving email from user1@domain.com, or user2@domain.com, and they're not receiving an NDR when they send email to her. I had them send an email to both my work account and the administrator account, receiving it at both, however, she still says that she doesn't receive the emails.
I checked her Junk Email and didn't find anything, and she told me last week that she DID receive a single email from one of them, but as of today she still isn't getting them. He even sent an email to her from a personal address because of the importance. I tried looking through the exchange toolbox to see if I could find emails from them etc but haven't gotten any answers yet.
RECAP: Email from external users are received by the domain/exchange but one user says that she isn't getting the emails from two users at one domain, however the administrator account receives them without issue. Where can I check to verify that the emails are coming in or why she wouldn't be seeing them in Outlook/iPhone?
