Sharepoint can not be connected to by any other computers. IIS / Sharepoint help

I am attempting to install sharepoint onto a server with in our domain. I was able to get sharepoiint installed but I can not access the sites that I created from any other computers in the network. Can anyone tell me what setting in IIS I need to change to be able to view this site from other computers?Start Free Trial
