Had the same problem here on one machine. &nbsp;Modified as directed above but still had problems. &nbsp;Added the user to the local Admin group and the problem went away.

Hi, currently I'm using Sharepoint 2007. I would also like to map network drives without authenticating. Is Kerberos the &quot;better&quot; option, or could I use NTLM as well?

I've installed Microsoft Sharepoint on one of our servers, which is part of our Active Directory. If an authenticated ADS User opens the URL of the Sharepoint Server he has to Login manually every time. Can I automate the credential authentication?<br />

Automatic Login for authenticated ADS users
