Sharepoint MySite Template

I am trying to find out if it is possible to make a default mysite page for
everyone who uses the sharepoint portal. For example, I want everyone to
have the outlook inbox and some other webparts on there as a default. Is
there a way I can customize a template to do this and make sure everyone has
it as their MySite?
